VALLEY ROAD, KENLEY, SURREY This was a new build speculative development of two blocks of high quality flats in a traditional residential area overlooking the valley and close to Kenley railway station. This work was carried out for Portland Homes Ltd. Dark grey standing seam roof sheets and perimeter details were developed in conjunction with Portland Homes' Architect to give a crisp and attractive finish to this development.
