ROZEL COURT, LONDON N1 This is a new build development of social housing units comprising two storey houses and four storey blocks of flats. This work was carried out for Kind & Co (Builders) Ltd using all mill finish aluminium material. The roof comprised Rigidal Industries Ziplok 400 to give a U value of 0.2 and all wall cladding and associated flashings were carried out using mill finish aluminium fabricated to shape to clad the details as shown.
