Chris Teece has been running this business now since June 1998, having been in the metal roofing and cladding industry for over 25 years. Our primary area of operation is London, within the M25. This has been restricted primarily by our client base and nature of projects undertaken. However, we are very willing to consider works that encompass the Kent, Surrey and Hampshire/Berkshire areas, with the most important criteria being easy accessibility for our operatives to reach site in an economical fashion and being able to supervise our projects on a regular basis. If a problem needs resolution, most sites can be reached within a maximum of 1½ hours. Our Service We primarily specialize in new build works to schools and social housing where the emphasis is on design of perimeter details using a range of features such as bull noses, deep fascias and detailed soffit panel returns. We are keen to carry out more refurbishment work including the strip and re-sheet of existing premises, along with façade details. We have carried out a number of these and welcome the challenge of building transformations, along with increasing their thermal efficiency.
